Refunds

Effective August 10, 2026

Thirty days. Email us and we refund it. You keep the files.

The Old Home Place sells digital books through The Old Home Place. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to mail back and no return label to print.

How to ask

  1. Email hello@theoldhomeplace.shop within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  2. Use the email address from the order and include the order number if it is handy.
  3. Say which purchase you want refunded. No explanation is required.

What happens next

We issue the refund through the original payment method within two business days of receiving the request. Your bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after it is issued.

You keep the downloaded files. We are not going to pretend we can pull a PDF or EPUB back out of your computer.

Delivery trouble

If the download email did not arrive, contact us from the purchase address. We can help locate the order and resend access. You may still choose a refund within the same 30-day window.
