Information you choose to provide

• Your email address when you request The Home Place Checklist or join the email list.
• Your message and reply address when you contact support.
• Order details needed to deliver a purchase, answer a question or process a refund.

How it is used

We use this information to deliver requested files, send Home Place emails, provide support, process refunds, prevent misuse and keep basic business records. We do not sell personal information or rent the email list.

Services used by the site

The launch configuration uses separate services for separate jobs:

• systeme.io receives checklist signups and sends list emails.
• A payment processor handles payment, order records and digital delivery.
• Plausible measures aggregate site traffic and campaign links.
• PurelyMail carries messages sent to the support mailbox.
• Cloudflare serves and protects the static website.

Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Email choices

Every list email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask hello@theoldhomeplace.shop to unsubscribe or correct your address. Transactional messages about an order or refund may still be sent when needed to complete that request.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds, legal records and ordinary business operations. You may ask what information is held about you or ask for deletion, subject to records The Old Home Place must keep.

Children

The site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information.

Updates

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be stated plainly on this page.
